Hello there. My name is Shanna Greife, and my Motto is:

I completed 912 credit hours at Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2016, and then took the difficult MBLex exam to acquire my Missouri State Massage License. I opened my office space in March of 2020, and have enjoyed giving many clients the bodywork they deserve.

I believe massage work is essential healing for the mind, body and soul. I am very passionate about what I do and listen to your specific needs to tailor the massage to your issues. Depending on what is discussed in our consult, I use a combination of techniques: Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial release, cupping, Gua Sha (Graston or scraping), trigger point release, and hot stones/towels. I am certified in side-lying Prenatal/Postnatal massage and I can offer these wonderful benefits to you throughout your pregnancy. I also have a passion for the elderly, and spent a year in a memory care facility giving massage to some of the Alzheimer patients there.
